Communication: From the four-legged courier to mail and messaging
Today there are (virtually) no limits to communication. Even children are familiar with text messages and e-mails. This one-hour tour will explain how messages were first transmitted over long distances. Prepare to marvel at a range of astonishing technological developments, from optical telegraphs via early telephones all the way to digital technology.
